The Cold Saw “cell” features fully automated SIMEC 2000 and SIMEC 120 cold saws with automatic bundle loaders and a high speed SIMEC Deburr machine. This equipment can maintain very close tolerances (to .005”) at high production rates. Capability includes:
· Round or rectangular tubing, ovals, solids, and angles
· Diameter / Cross-section from ½” to 4”
· Cut lengths from ½” to 10” 6”
